Job Stress

job stress is a feeling of pressure or stress experienced by employees in the face of his work.
Yoder and Staudohar (1982: 308) defines the Job Stress Job stress refers to a physical or psychological deviation from the normal state Human That Is Caused by stimuli in the work environment. more or less means a pressure due to work will also affect the emotions, thought processes and physical condition, where the pressure comes from the work environment where individuals are located.
