Mine Accident

An accident can be categorized as an accident mine if it meets the five elements, namely: a) The accident actually happened. b) Causes of injury to mine workers or other persons authorized by the head of the technique to enter the mine c) Due to the efforts of mining d) Occurs during working hours e) occurred within the mining business activity or project area.  
While the classification of injuries due to mine accidents are: a) Injury mild namely: injuries due to mine accidents that resulted in the mine workers are not able to carry out the tasks originally more than one day and less than three weeks, including Sundays and holidays. b) Injury is injury due to heavy mining accident that resulted in miners unable to perform his original duties of more than three weeks, including Sundays and holidays, causing permanent disability, unable to perform its original task, suffered injuries such as: (1) The rupture of the skull, spine, hip, forearm, upper arm or thigh leg. (2) Bleeding in, pass out from lack of oxygen. (3) severe wounds or open sores that lead to permanent work disability (4) Dead or death: an accident that caused workers to die in a 1x 24 hours of the occurrence of accidents
