Along with developments in the world of industry and improvement of the economy very rapidly with a marked number of companies that started popping up and growing rapidly, in the era of globalization, as now, the needs of consumers very much. Ways to meet those needs, then the company needs tanaga work more and more also, with hours of work which must also increase. The way to confront all challenges and problems in the world of work, especially in technical fields, the workers need physically fit and alert so that it works better the expected performance and not susceptible to disease. In the job he faced every day workforce would get a pressure or physical burden for the body, whereas the ability of each person would vary according to the task or their respective professions. This is what is called physical fitness. Through efforts to increase physical health in this endurance and physical ability has been widely treated as treatment of disease, prevention (immunization), the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). The benefits of physical fitness are:  
1. With increasing workforce physical fitness, clinic visit rates down.  
2. With increasing physical fitness sickness absence rates down.  
3. A skilled workforce taking into growing good endurance, so that workloads are received does not
decline.  
4. With physical fitness exercises can then be used as a means of communication and recreation for workers.  
While the factors that influence physical fitness are:  
1. Age  
2. Gender  
3. Genetic  
4. Food  
5. Cigarette  
One way to evaluate an indirect test of aerobic capacity is rising and falling or stepping stool test at Harvard. Physical fitness indexes are:  
1. Below 50 = bad  
2. 50-80 = moderate  
3. 80 = good  
Aerobic capacity is influenced by factors at work that are weight lifting (bench test up and down), power required is proportional to body weight, the O2 is used should be stated in cm3/kg weight.
