labor productivity

In essence we are building is carried out aiming to humanize humans, as has been emphasized in the ILO's slogan is "To Make more human". Humans as the main element of development actors, should be the central point of the development itself. Thus, every skill, capabilities and limitations must always be taken into account for subsequent diperdayagunakan in any development activity in order to obtain the highest possible productivity.
Productivity is basically a mental attitude that always had the view that the quality of life should be better today than yesterday, and today is done for the good of tomorrow. Another notion of productivity is a universal concept of creating more goods and services for human needs, using very limited resources. To achieve optimal levels of productivity, it needs to be done through a multidisciplinary approach that involves all the efforts, skills, expertise, capital, technology, management, information and other resources in an integrated way to make improvements in an effort to improve the quality of human life.
General concept of productivity is a comparison between the output (output) and input (input) per time unit. Productivity can be said to be increased if:
a. Number of production / output increases with the number of input / same resources.
b. Number of production / output the same or increases with the number of inputs / resources is smaller.
