Physical fitnes

Physical fitness is one factor supporting the activities of daily living. Physical fitness can be aided by doing regular exercise. Sport is a means for the prevention of occupational diseases. Through efforts to increase physical health, at least everyone can maintain and even improve his physical fitness. One's physical fitness is influenced by several factors such as age, gender, genetics, food intake and smoking habits.
Judging from the science of physiology, physical fitness is the ability and the body's ability to perform physical load penyesuaiaan given to him (to work every day) without causing excessive fatigue.
Benefits of physical fitness:

Components of physical fitness related to health:
a. Body composition
